I thoroughly enjoyed the room with the perfect size spa tub, the bed was soft. It met all requests.

The stay was very good. Everything was perfect and the rooms were extremely spacious. The room with the perfect size spa tub. Location: the hotel was close to casinos and shopping areas and restaurants and shopping areas. It also was close to everything.

I recently stayed at a motel in a bind, and it turned out to be a decent option for a quick rest. Although it was a last-minute choice, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The motel may be a bit outdated, but it was clean enough to make me feel comfortable for the short stay. The bed, however, was a bit uncomfortable and off-kilter, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. But considering the circumstances, it was manageable.

Although the cleanliness was satisfactory, I did notice a few unsavory characters in the area, which made me a little uneasy. Additionally, the owners of the motel were incredibly inconsiderate.

We stayed there during our trip to Atlantic City. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the beach. The room was large with a big bed and the rate was one of the cheapest I've ever had.

When I checked in I was required to pay $3 in cash for every night I stayed there. This was not the service charge mentioned in Booked.net, because the service charge was added to the price when I paid when my debit card. It felt like the hotel tricked me with this hidden cost and since I had to pay cash there is no way to prove it.

Great location near Atlantic City, not a bad price, the jacuzzi was nice n good size

The value for the money at this motel was great, especially considering the large jacuzzi in the room. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast delights could use some improvement, maybe adding more options.

The staff were friendly and offered to assist in anyway. Nice hotel for those on a budget. Beds and shower were fresh and clean, a/c worked great!

The only thing that was annoying- was that when we arrived and checked in we were asked by the lady to pay $3 cash for a fee, but my credit card also has the added $3 in the billing for the fee. How do I get a credit for the $3?

It was clean and it was very affordable. This is my 10th time staying at this hotel and it seems to get better with time. Clean bathrooms, rooms smell good, a lot of cable channels, clean carpet and its located in a great place! Every time I visit Atlantic City I stay here because its not far from the main strip and with the money I save, I get to use elsewhere on my trip! Two thumbs up to this great hotel!

the jacuzzi in the room was a great feature and made our stay enjoyable. we've been to Absecon before and this time the Sunshine Motel exceeded our expectations with its spacious jacuzzi. it's definitely the highlight of our stay.

Shower curtain was moldy.

We arrived late at night and were pleased to find a clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll recommend this hotel for a convenient and affordable stay.

The price.

We reserved a room with a king bed. We even stopped in before check in time to confirm, but when we got to the room that night we had 2 full size beds. Also we did not have any towels. The next day our room was not made up. We were told the maid had an emergency. If the owners wife was on premises he would have asked her to do it but since she wasn't there, it didn't get done. The beds were very old, uncomfortable, and noisy. Air conditioner (right next to the bed) was too loud so we couldn't use it.

Our room was very nice and big. It seemed like it was recently renovated. The shower was hot and the price was fantastic, The staff was very accomodating. I would stay there again in a minute and I usually stay at Mariotts and Hilton type places.

The bed was harder then I am used to and I like fitted sheets. I also like to get atleast a 12:00PM check out. They would not allow that.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and caring. The owners and their staff treated us with respect and had our best interest at heart. The location of the hotel was also excellent.

The location remains the strongest quality of this Operation. The refrigerator/microwave add to the budget management.

Owner/Desk Operator didn't even have coffee made by 845am on a Sun morning. This, after claiming a problem with the continental breakfast vendor, such that, no breakfast was ever available on Sat or Sun, the only two days it is offered. Maid service skipped on our first day because we "didn't ask for it". Nobody ever told us we had to ask for it.

The hotel was close enough to Atlantic City and the other beach towns to feel like we could go where we wanted; for the price, it was perfect
